Pharmacy Delays & Declined Charges

Unique Physique does not provide interim medication or injections for any lapses due to pharmacy delays that are beyond our control, including acts of God, weather, or declined credit cards.

Autorenewal Policy

While this is not a contract, using autorenew allows Unique Physique, LLC to accept multiple scheduled payments from your credit card. A receipt will be provided upon request, and charges will be noted on your credit card/bank statement. No prior notification will be given for the date of charge, but you can call the office to determine your recurring bill date. If there is ever a need to alter the payment date or amount, we will notify you by phone or text.

Declined Charge Notifications

If a charge is declined, you will be notified via text message after all paid orders are processed.

Dosage Adjustments

Dosage adjustments will be sent by text when you are on Tirzepatide 5 mg or Tirzepatide 7.5 mg. We do not send dosage increase requests for Tirzepatide 2.5 mg, 10 mg, or above. For semaglutide, we do not send dosage adjustments for amounts above 0.5 mg, as the FDA guidelines state that the safe effective dose is 0.5 mg. Patients are responsible for reviewing the protocol (under Patient Resources) and requesting dosage adjustments outside of these parameters.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cancellation Policy

You are not in a contract. If you no longer want the medication, simply call us to cancel. If a credit card dispute occurs after the medication is shipped, Unique Physique, LLC will provide the card processor with all tracking information to show that the medication was delivered.

Damaged Vials

Reporting Damages

Unique Physique, LLC requires photographic documentation of all damaged vials AND the packaging they were shipped in before a dispute can be filed with FedEx and our partner pharmacies.

All medication should be inspected immediately upon receipt.

Replacement Policy

Unique Physique, LLC will not provide replacement meds when:
1. Damages are not reported within 8 hours of receipt.
2. Medication was not opened properly (e.g., using excessive force, pliers, knives).
3. Missing meds are not reported within 8 hours of receipt from the shipping carrier.
4. Summertime Deliveries/Warm Medicine/Melted Ice Packs

A Message from Our Pharmacies Regarding Warm Shipments

During warmer months, medications may arrive with melted ice packs. Unique Physique, LLC will not replace medications delivered with melted ice packs, as all partner pharmacies have conducted thorough quality testing on warm products. Replacement requests will only be made when there is a documented delay from the shipping company, which will undergo a dispute process between the pharmacy and the shipper. No replacement medication will be released until the pharmacy completes its due diligence.

Designer Pharmacy:
-Designer Drugs has run temperature trials for situations that are out of our control - weather delays, shipping delays, etc.
- Designer Drugs has tested packages sent to Texas this summer, with a digital, every 30-minute temperature recorder. -Packages were purposely sent these packages out on a Friday (2nd day air) to see what occurs over the weekend, when packages are sitting in a UPS warehouse.
-The data collected reflected that the package did not reach 90 degrees until day four (a Tuesday from sending out Friday 2nd day air).
-90 degrees F is similar to the commercially available product's allowed temperature excursion period.
-The medication has been sent to a third-party testing facility to ensure stability and sterility over time.
-Designer Drugs sent the medication to be stored at room temperature during the entire testing period of 45-50 days
-A passing potency test is a result of >90% potent
-The findings include: Day1 Semaglutide passing potency; Day30 Semaglutide passing potency; Day 1 Tirzepatide passing potency; Day 30 Tirzepatide passing potency; Day 50 Tirzepatide passing potency.

Southend Pharmacy

Southend Pharmacy has conducted extensive testing, showing that the product remains effective for four days at room temperature, unopened, with a potency above 98%. If the product arrives warm, store it in the refrigerator immediately.

Hallendale Pharmacy

Semaglutide has been tested at elevated temperatures of 120°F for 7 days and then refrigerated, passing potency tests up to 120 days. It has also passed room temperature storage tests for up to 30 days. However, it is still recommended to keep the product refrigerated for best results.
