Office Pick Up

Patients in the Baton Rouge metro area will be expected to pick up their medication when notified that it is available at the Unique Physique office. Patients wishing to have their medications shipped will be assessed a $50 shipping charge. Note: Some pharmacies will only ship directly to the patient for certain medications and shipping will be included in those instances.

Delays In Shipping 

Unique Physique sends orders to the respective pharmacy within 24 hours of payment unless orders are placed on Friday or Saturday, they are then submitted on the following Monday. Pharmacy orders may not show up immediately to pharmacy customer service staff because some pharmacies do not make them visible for review by agents until the RX is verified by a pharmacist. Shipping delays due to weather, acts of God, carrier issues, or inability for carriers to deliver to the address provided are out of the control of Unique Physique. Unique Physique strives for a 7 -10 business day window for all pharmacies to ship. Patients can always elect to move their bill date up 1-2 weeks to guarantee timely arrival in the event of pharmacy or carrier delays.

Address Updates

Patients must update any address changes by using the account change form. Address changes must be made by 5 pm CST the day before billing occurs. Unique Physique cannot guarantee address changes will be made if provided on the bill date unless the patient calls the office directly and states it is for the order billed that day.  Any address changes AFTER the bill date are unable to be changed with the pharmacy until the next order cycle.
